Adam Frank joined the staff at CTC in the summer 2005. Adam graduated from Frostburg State University in 1993. After that he worked for Video On Location in Rockville. There he was the Production Manager for many large accounts including FDA, IBM and GE information Systems. He then moved to the City of Rockville, Channel 11 where he worked as a cameraman/video editor. During his time there, he won many national award for videos produced from the National Association of Telecommunication Officers and Advisors. In 1999 Adam relocated back to Frederick and worked for Frederick County Government Channel 19 as a Video Producer. During his time there, he was responsible for the creation of several new programs including: “Inside Frederick County”, “Focus on Health”, “Bookends“- Frederick County Public Libraries, and “Best Kept Secrets”- Frederick County Parks and Recreation. During his time at Frederick County, he won several Communicator Awards for different programs. List below are awards won from 1997 – 2004.
