Region SkillsUSA Championships were held on Saturday, February 7, 2009, at the Washington County Career and Technology Center, Hagerstown, MD. 1st, 2nd, and 3rd, place contestants will be representing Frederick County at the State SkillsUSA competitions at Catonsville Community College on March 21, 2009.

SkillsUSA Leadership Contests were also held during the week of February 9-13, 2009, at the Frederick County Career and Technology Center.
