Graduates
Students who complete the Masonry Program at CTC can advance their education/training in the masonry construction industry. Some students attend trade schools; others attend a 2 or 4-year college or go directly into the job market upon graduation.
The Professional Masonry Association (PMA) which consists of masonry contractors, equipment and material suppliers, and safety & health providers from Frederick an dthe surrounding area volunteer their time to assist students to develop their skills working side by side with the students in the lab and at the student built house; and work countless hours with the students at the local SkillsUSA Masonry Contest, Frederick County Home Show Builder Olympics and Maryland SkillsUSA Masonry Competition. They are committed to developing the masonry profession and feel that the time spent with students is an investment in the future of their profession. If you would like more information about PMA organization, go to their website at www.masonryassociation.org
