Course Description

This is a one-year, non-certificated exploratory course offering information and skills needed in a variety of health careers. Students will be taught to perform laboratory tests, assist with a physical exam, record heart tracings, take blood pressure, perform blood sugar analysis, and much more. Those qualifying (Tech Prep) will take part in an eight week internship in a health career field.
