PRINCIPLES OF CARPENTRY

INSTRUCTORS

Frank Taylor joined the staff of the Career & Technology Center in the fall of 1986. Having attended Middletown High School, Frank is a product of Career & Technology Education. After Graduating from high school, Frank attended Frederick Community College and the University of Maryland, Frank was a project supervisor for M.S Milliner Construction Inc. in Frederick before being hired by FCPS in 1984 as a Building Trades instructor at Linganore High School. Frank serves as the House Project Coordinator, Department Chair and is a SkillsUSA Advisor. Over the past several years Frank has been recognized as an outstanding Career and Technology Teacher by FCPS, the MD State Department of Education and National SkillsUSA organization.
