PRINCIPLES OF CARPENTRY

COLLEGE CREDITS

Students who successfully complete two years of the Carpentry program at the Career & Technology Center may receive the following articulated College Credits:

Frederick Community College

Students who complete the two-year Carpentry Program with a B or better are eligible to receive college credits for the following two classes in the Construction Management Program at Frederick Community College:

  • CON150 Applied Practices in Construction/Construction Management I (3 credits)
  • CON151 Applied Practices in Construction/Construction Management II (3 credits)

Note:
Students who enroll in the Introduction to Construction Management class during their second or third year in the Carpentry program can earn an additional 3 credits (for a total of 9 credits) at FCC.
