ACADEMY OF FINANCE

 

 

Rita Crandall has recently joined the staff at CTC as the instructor for the Academy of Finance.  She graduated from Rutgers University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and earned her MBA with a concentration in Finance and Accounting from the University of Pittsburgh. Ms. Crandall is also a CPA.  Professionally, she has worked for Price Waterhouse as an Accountant and for H.J. Heinz Company as a Financial Analyst.  After becoming a mother to three children she worked as an independent analyst, consulting for Mellon Bank N.A.  More recently, Ms. Crandall has worked for Frederick County Public Schools as a long-term substitute teacher.  Now she has to opportunity to combine her desire to teach with her business background.
